Ms Rebecca Tolstoy, Chairman for Path of Hope Foundation, won the City of Perth Convention Scholarship on the 1st of June 2017. The scholarship will assist with travel to the Rotary International Conference in Atlanta, USA, with the ultimate mission of securing a significant conference for Perth in July 2019.
