REBECCA TOLSTOY AM - Founding CHAIR & Director

Rebecca is a strategic and visionary leader with an EDGE. Seamlessly driving innovation, complemented by her professional occupation as Chair and CEO of TCS Fintech company. Rebecca enjoys bringing her professional accounting skills and net work to board appointments in governments, private and other NGO’s.

She was appointed as a Member in The Order of Australia by His Excellency the Governor-General, with the approval of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, in June 2018; for significant service to the community through leadership of social welfare organisations, and through support for victims of domestic violence.

Along with her family, career and Rotary involvement, over many years Rebecca has experienced the great pleasure and opportunities of travelling to collaborate internationally across cultures, genders, age groups, values, beliefs and perceptions. Her focus is to listen, in order to understand, while remaining focused on the agreed agenda.

BRENDAN WATSON, founding TREASURER

Brendan is a CPA with 25 years experience in the accounting and taxation fields, including 20 years working in public practice.  He is a manager at Pascoe Partners Accountants where he was worked for the past 10 Years.  Brendan is the Treasurer of the Path of Hope Foundation. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Perth.

Brendan feels honoured to be part of a motivated army of people driven to the cause of providing tremendous assistance to those who are the victims of domestic violence in our community. A founding member and treasurer of the Path of Hope Foundation Board.
